★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為住在附近加上新家園評價一直都是不錯的所以新家要購買沙發就想說去看看，但購物體驗真的很差，就算沙發再好也不想買。（補充當天穿的很居家）不知道是不是這個原因 感覺連接待都不太想要
服務人員Ruby幫我們查看完台灣社交距離後，就直接說：每張沙發都可以自己試坐喔！完全沒有打算詢問我們需求及介紹…還要我主動詢問許多問題，服務人員才有想要介紹的感覺，相較之下我們隔天去詩肯柚木，服務人員親切態度有專業的解說下，直接看到喜歡商品就下訂了。覺得同樣台灣品牌 服務人員的訓練真的差很多

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在網上做了很多功課，看了幾家，還是喜歡新家園的沙發，隔了三個月再來同樣遇到Lily很用心介紹，示範了貓抓布怎麼清潔保養，及沙發的一些功能-頭枕能六段調整，顏色及布料選擇多樣，完全可以訂做自己喜歡的^_^
沙發很耐坐舒服，二樓的涼感床也很好躺，感覺就像自己家，直接當天下訂，遇上活動還有折扣送抱枕，很推薦大家來唷！

優點：
1）介紹清楚包含怎麼清潔
2）環境乾淨整潔很舒服
3）Lily解說上不會讓人覺得有壓力
缺點：
受限店面大小有限，展示沙發床墊也相對有限
但還是相當推薦：）

shortcoming:
Limited storefront size and limited display of sofa mattresses
