★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 單純住家，公設尚無任何設施，但仲介都誇大不實的說內部有設施，其実只有魚池，其他什麼也沒有，小孩要玩樂可能要去民俗公園，民俗公園只有溜滑梯設施而已，要再玩遠一點，只有旅順公園，前大廳位置也沒有設置障礙通道，必須要繞到後院才可以進入。

If children want to play, they may have to go to the folk park. The folk park only has slide facilities.
