★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天想去買東西剛好有送貨員來送貨，聽到老闆娘叫送貨員把貨扛到閣樓，送貨員說上次已經從閣樓摔倒在一樓，不希望再上去閣樓以免受傷，可是老闆娘依舊堅持要送貨員爬上去，否則就退貨取消訂單，看到老闆娘這樣對送貨員，我就沒買東西直接走了，對客人的態度以及對送貨的態度差別很大！好可怕！
Yesterday, when I wanted to go shopping, there was a deliveryman who came to deliver the goods. I heard that the lady proprietress told the deliveryman to carry the goods to the attic. The proprietress still insisted on the delivery person to climb up, otherwise I would return the goods and cancel the order. Seeing that the proprietress treated the delivery person like this, I didn't buy anything and left directly. The attitude towards customers and the attitude towards delivery are very different! very scary!
