★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沙發質感不錯，也很喜歡，但請慎選業務員，只有一開始回訊息最勤勞（推銷其它傢俱），其餘時間回訊息超慢，一點專業度都沒有，連確認是否收到訂金也要人家一直問（我當天晚上匯款，隔天下午14點詢問，不讀，快18點忍不住又問一次），連確認訂金都如此不積極，可想而知後面的態度了。
沙發延遲交貨，想詢問問題不讀是常態，每次都是說抱歉沒看到訊息（特別去查了營業時間，還懷疑到底有沒有寫錯），客人真的心很累。
The texture of the sofa is good, and I like it very much, but please choose the salesperson carefully. Only the most diligent reply to the message at the beginning (promoting other furniture), the rest of the time replying to the message is super slow, there is no professionalism, even to confirm whether to receive the deposit. I keep asking (I remit the money that night, and ask at 14 o'clock in the afternoon the next day. If I don't read it, I can't help but ask again at 18 o'clock). Even the confirmation of the deposit is so inactive. You can imagine the attitude behind.
Delivery of the sofa is delayed. It is normal to ask questions and not read it. Every time I say sorry I didn't see the message (especially to check the business hours, I wonder if there is any mistake), the guests are really tired.
