★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了福州拌麵，意麵的口感淋上點肉燥汁和麻醬，有點麻醬麵的感覺，不知道是不是都要有麻醬，下次試試看能不能原味的麵。不過麵條口感較軟，大口吸入咬沒幾下就可吞入，不需太多咀嚼。扁肉+福州丸，扁食有勁不會軟爛，鹹度適中，大顆福州丸咬下小心噴汁，一碗麵加一份湯很不錯。

·福州扁肉湯30元，一碗有8顆扁肉，扁肉很好吃很有味道?，湯頭胡椒味不會太重，整碗喝起來好喝。
·燙青菜30元，剛好有兩種青菜可選擇，這次選擇大陸妹，青菜燙起來後會淋油加上蒜末，很提味好吃。
其實店家還有很多餐點可以選擇，這次先以比較招牌的項目點，改天有機會還會再去品嚐的。
