★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外送少送一份麵 就在公司旁邊而已 然後等了快一小時都還沒送來 本來的湯也都冷掉了 甚至午休時間也都過了？電話也都打不通 如果真的很忙沒辦法送 那至少要說可能會多久送來 或是直接取消這份就好了 希望你們可以檢討一下你們處理的方式
The delivery did not deliver a portion of noodles. It was just next to the company. After waiting for almost an hour, the soup was still cold. Even the lunch break was over? I can't even get through the phone. If I'm really busy and can't deliver it, then at least tell me how long it will take to deliver it, or just cancel it. I hope you guys can review how you handled it.
