家人都會固定去拿慢性病藥;醫生問說需不需要幫您預約登記疫苗,媽媽也同意,護士小姐也登記好說8/20 10:30 任何我們要自己可能電話聯繫1922也沒有說明;結果今日還特地請假挪開時間去診所施打:到診所櫃檯只說今天沒有疫苗可以打,跟醫生會踢皮球說怎麼會預約呢我們沒有疫苗可以打啊,說只有衛生所剩下他們才有疫苗可以打;你要去1992自己去登記而且你有慢性病比較快........ 家人也沒有計較不想爭論,但想要請診所做好該有的作業程序,麻煩不要有在出現這種問題受害其他人,大家都在很努力登記疫苗;因為這樣前期都沒有到網站登記,在這時候雖然很多不得已;但請務必尊重患者該有的權利

早上打電話過去想預約打疫苗,老闆娘口氣很好捏,想問施打疫苗的問題,還有預約事項,結果都還沒講完,就回說你不用再講了,現在預約都滿了,你沒有預約都不用講了,哇噻,這種態度,真的很棒,我從小在那邊看醫生,到現在都30幾歲了,現在是深根地方,態度可以這樣子嗎?我母親預約打莫德納,打完居然告知是BNT,真的很專業捏!反正地方診所很多,虧醫生專業又親切,全部印象都毀了。

醫生夫婦倆是一對善良又有醫德的良醫,人很好,過年過節前怕患者慢性病的藥不夠都會提前通知,1922排不到疫苗隨口問了一下,馬上幫忙安排殘劑,還有得知兒子要當兵排不到疫苗,一樣很有耐心的幫忙連絡兒子打疫苗,真的是非常熱心的、好醫德的夫婦,非常感恩!

櫃臺護士小姐的態度非常惡劣,還掛人電話,令人不敢恭維,我覺得如果是這樣的服務態度真的不需要去當服務人員!另外控管疫苗實在太不專業了,明明說可以後來又不能打,還說我們應該自己打電話去確認?太奇怪了!我們不是在電話中已確認可以施打了才過去嗎?到現場卻又說不能打。其實只要好好的說明疫苗不夠數,對於沒有打到的家長應該是要進行通知,而不是讓我們到後來完全沒有地方可以施打,因為貴診所說可以施打我們取消了其他家的候補預約。當我跟護士說我想要跟醫生通話,護士回我醫生又不是閒閒的,我們當然知道醫生很忙,我們也不是閒閒做建議。這樣的態度真的讓人覺得很無言。以上完全沒有針對醫生的部分評論,只有針對某位櫃檯護士小姐的評論。
