周遭沒有大廈，高樓層視野好，夏日涼爽、冬天不會寒風吹進家的感覺，附近有銀行，公園、離捷運搭公車兩站，25、35、131、74號都很近，隔一條街就是吃的，食衣住行都很方便喔?
