It’s really bad. I bought the house they built 29 years ago and asked for the purchase and sale agreement of the original first-hand contract (no money). After making a few calls, I insisted that I couldn’t make a photocopy. The purchaser applied for it, and clarified the use right of the house that was not guaranteed, and felt that the service was very poor.
