106年起九川牧譯社區陸續交屋，九川營造公司公設部分，設備移交未點交(縣政府未蓋章，公基金未撥款)，電燈、消防、汙水設施至今缺失還有未改進。消防設備(甚至有101年的製造品)與電燈陸陸續續修繕，109年3月起至今C區崁燈又完全不亮。經九川營造介紹專業機電人士與公司來鑑定，電燈方面，建商PLC設備線路問題，造成整個C區崁燈不亮，請不要說電燈泡壞掉，電燈泡壞掉也單一壞掉非整排都壞掉。
＊ＰＬＣ設備請九川營造提出，出廠證明與保固說明書(第三方機電公司螺絲生鏽與機殼發黃，懷疑是舊品非新品)
