I go out to work at 10 o'clock, so everything is in my eyes, and I think this community is really under management. I lived there for 40 years before, and I changed the environment. I feel that the community is really great. The recycling and sorting households all start by relying on them. When taking the elevator and meeting the same building, they will always ask for warmth. It really makes me feel cordial. Although I have lived in the community for a short time, I am worried that I am not used to living in the community. , But to be honest, the management is really good~ Chief Cadre Hong, Brother Lin, and Brother Cleaner really make me feel warm

I am an old resident of Kuaichu Chongde. It has been 20 years. The cancellation of tourism and demonstrative activities was decided by the community assembly. There was no squandering of funds. I also served as a member of the sacred community. Ten years have passed, and some equipment is getting old and needs maintenance, and the fund is still kept in the building fund. If you don’t understand, please don’t guess, besides, you are just a tenant.

The community environment is elegant, the flowers and trees are pleasant, and there are children's slides. The living function is good. There are about 7 or 8 buses in front of the door. There are traditional markets in the back of the community to buy food. There are many restaurants nearby for dinner. It's so happy to live here!

In the past, Chongde had spring tourism every year, and there were activities in the annual festival. There were also household accommodating meals at Christmas. Now all of them are gone, the management funds are squandered, all kinds of privileges are gradually canceled, and now they have lost their advantages. In addition to the change of the company's night shift, the evening work time is a big sleep, the household life and property safety is ignored, the management committee does not care, had to ask for more happiness.
