★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平時大排長龍,最近因爲疫情才顯出冷清。蛋餅皮跟其他地方常標榜脆皮、酥皮不同,比較像很薄的蛋糕薄片,有點甜有點鬆軟,蛋餅沒有其他包餡,就只有醬料有差,蔥給得不少,喜歡蛋餅的人還是會很愛,但在美食很多的台中好像遜色一點。

畢竟只有加醬,這次加了甜辣醬、醬油、胡椒粉,餅皮很Q,甜中帶鹹,帶有蔥鮮味,
但個人還是比較喜歡酥脆的蛋餅外皮

可以拿去隔壁的全家坐著吃~(很多位置)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拿到馬上吃應該會吃到脆脆口感,帶回車上吃因為水蒸氣變得軟Q, 蛋餅皮帶有淡淡甜味,醬油倒是很十足的傳統,甜中帶鹹然後蔥花香氣襲來,很棒的傳統小吃,比較值得讚賞是蛋餅一般很過油膩,但明倫吃起來不油膩,餅皮多了點蒸薄餅的清新感,不知道是改良過還是傳統就是這樣不油膩!
另外也吃得出傳統下的創新管理,抽取號碼點餐,這樣的管制就算人很多也不會亂了買賣腳步,仔細觀察員工都很年輕,在出餐上很照顧品質也都笑容滿滿,能做到這樣的攤販經營,真的努力在把傳統往下流傳!
