★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司集體叫午餐外送發現有做錯,當下馬上打電話告知,首先要我打另一支家電告訴老闆娘,家電沒接,又說下午四點後再打,只好請同事先吃做錯的便當。下午終於聯絡到老闆娘,要求退差額五塊錢,老闆娘一開始說為何不當下告知,得知是自己沒接到電話理虧,後又說非常肯定不可能做錯一定是我們拿錯。
此次並不是第一次叫這間店的外送,數量也都不少,可以理解忙中有錯,但這樣的處理態度讓人不敢恭維,已從午餐名單移除。
