當然正被服務的單一顧客會覺得尊榮，給予高分。而門市人員無視後方長長的排隊人潮，堅持必須長時間的完成手上這一單--但是問題在於服務人員這麼有限，排隊的顧客聽門市在不斷的推銷，而不迅速的紓解排隊人潮，試問多少人會有耐心等候，尤其是急著買藥的客人？低分真的不冤枉。
服務的態度跟口氣是都不錯，但員工訓練是有他的問題在。拿錯處方籤的藥，這狀況我也遇過一次，好在我認得這藥的形狀，否則不堪設想。

The store staff ignored the long queue of people in the rear, insisting that they must complete the order for a long time - but the problem is that the service staff is so limited, the customers waiting in line are constantly selling, and the queues are not quickly relieved. How many people will have patience, especially those who are eager to buy medicine? Low scores are really not bad.
The attitude of the service is good with the tone, but the staff training has his problems. I took the wrong prescription, and I have encountered this condition once again. Fortunately, I recognize the shape of this medicine, otherwise it will be unimaginable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天約18:30左右過去退換尿布去店前有先電話確認能退貨才過去，沒想到站櫃店員查都不查直接跟我說不能退換喔，跟她說剛剛有電話確認過才過來她鬼打牆問說什麼時候問的，接著問什麼時候買的我說上上上次，結果她查了上次購買的資料說你上次是買XL的喔，我再說了一次上上上次買的⋯真的很無言，不只不專業服務態度也不佳，不得不給3顆星評價請加強該員工訓練！
