醫院環境很整潔,流程也很乾淨衛生,時間都抓的很剛好,不會久候。 感謝醫師治療好我的牙周問題,沒想到最後給一顆星,只是因為一個補牙 本來沒什麼大事,就是補牙後回去覺得牙齒有銳利面,牙縫很酸,容易卡殘渣,咀嚼時很不舒服,沒辦法好好的吃飯,護士也讓我約了回診處理 結果磨掉銳利面,就結束了? 在詢問剔牙牙齒酸的問題時,話還沒講完就被醫師打斷,問我是用牙線還是牙線棒。我回答牙線棒,醫生就說不能用牙線棒拉扯,補牙的會被扯掉,說那兩顆牙蛀的深,補完會敏感,不行就要抽神經裝假牙,這都是補牙的風險 風險?處理前我完全沒有得知這些風險阿?牙線或是牙線棒也沒有收到提醒 醫師說沒有磨下去之前都不知道蛀得有多深,護士們也在旁點頭附和。那處理後呢?也完全沒提 醫生說1月處理牙周的時後就有把這個補牙列入之後的治療計畫,當初都有跟我說,我拖了9個月才來處理。這的確是我的問題,變嚴重也是我應該要承擔的。風險的部份完全沒有印象曾經有提出,就算有,過了9個月,忘記是人之常情吧 牙線和牙線棒,醫生說,你去找那間牙醫推薦牙線棒,我跟你道歉。 我的重點是,我是一個患者,沒有醫療背景,風險和保養方式,在您們牙醫圈內是常識。但我完全不了解阿,今天發生問題才告訴我那是可能的風險嗎? 其實本來那顆牙齒在使用上都沒有不適,只是之前補的裂了,才想處理而已,結果處理完卻更不舒服 是我發問方式錯誤,問了一句是不是沒補好?讓醫生覺得我質疑他的技術。但我沒有責怪的意思,就算是醫生也會犯錯,如果不是,那我也相信不是,如果是,再處理不就好了嗎? 整個討論的過程中,醫生講話很急,一直打斷我的話,拿我看不懂的病歷給我看,最後請護士清除上次補牙的紀錄,說退費,請我找別的醫院處理,也很盡責的告知我,因為已經申請過健保點數,別的醫院可能不會幫我處理同一顆牙齒 最後醫生對我說:我以為我那麼盡力的幫妳處理好牙周的問題,妳對我們應該有基本的信任 有啊,所以才一直來貴診所,還推薦朋友來 醫療不是服務業我知道,但也不需要那麼氣急敗壞,這不是多大的事,我回去找您討論只是想告訴您我不高興的地方,退費的部份,貴院就收著吧
