食材多樣且新鮮整潔，炸物也不會油，給了很多蒜，喜歡吃蒜的一定很愛，30元菇菇就很多，CP值高，超讚的！
但生意太好，沒有吃到魷魚，好可惜。

做法是在外層抹粉下去油炸
外面的澱粉可以保留菇的湯汁
吃起來很juicy 又彈牙～
杏鮑菇30元份量有點少，但真的超好吃
雞排選擇傳統炸皮～
雞排算有汁，但厚度普普
這個比較還好
下次要吃綜合菇❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 份量給得太豪邁，沉甸甸的尤其是綜合菇一份五十元，滋味噴香不說，份量大概是大坑炸菇攤的二到三倍之多，一個大盤子只裝綜合菇就裝滿了，滿足可不只三倍啦！其他像雞排和甜不辣等等的要再拿別的盤子裝啦！老闆和老闆娘還有小孩都顏質超高！親切的服務也絕對值得五顆星！我心中的炸物排行榜又更新啦！這都有我給第一名 ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提早電話預約可以避免等待，大概七點半就全部賣光了！賣光就提早打烊收攤，綜合菇類一大包50元真的便宜又好吃，不用特地跑去大坑就能吃到，不過不確定有沒有包含杏鮑菇？還是太少杏鮑菇，看來下次單點杏鮑菇看看，因為本人很愛杏鮑菇，另外一個加分項目：現場可以line pay真的是便民服務啊！
台中少數便宜好吃的鹹酥雞店，這邊都有，來就對了！
一包綜合香菇自己吃真的很飽，男生數量比較大的我不知道會不會飽，不過一般食量的正常人，應該一包就飽到不要不要的啦^_^
目前只試過網路推薦的綜合菇，下次再來是看看其他別的品項

A pack of comprehensive shiitake mushrooms is really full by themselves. I don’t know if the number of boys will be full, but normal people with a normal appetite should be full enough to not want it ^_^
