J	JJ Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵條很Q, 很棒.! 但是我最懷念以前的燒蝦酒麵，後來變鮮蝦蚌麵，沒有酒了，後來蛤蜊由中變小，白蝦變少，以前有豬肉片也沒了，可惜。 The noodles are very Q, great.! But I miss the simmered shrimp and wine noodles the most. Later, it became shrimp and mussel noodles, and there was no wine. Later, the clams became smaller, the white shrimps became less, and the pork slices were gone before. pity.
J	Jack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 號稱台中最厲害的手打麵果然名不虛傳，Q彈帶勁很厲害，用餐環境也很舒適，不過湯頭用料實在差強人意！譬如我最愛吃的番茄牛肉麵，喝不出牛肉的美味及番茄的鮮甜，少少幾片的牛肉片毫無口感可言，表面上還有飄浮一層油，幾小片高麗菜打發，我認定這是一碗很簡單的鍋燒牛肉麵！根本沒有在最重要的湯頭上下功夫，十分可惜。還有泰式豬肉炒麵，酸到一個不行。還好有小菜能幫我稀釋酸味，不然真的吃不下去。空有滿分的手打麵還是無法掩蓋其他用料的不足。對了，「肉燥皮蛋豆腐」很特別很好吃，很推～ Known as Taichung's most powerful hand-made noodles, it really deserves its reputation. Hand-made noodles with perfect scores still cannot cover up the deficiencies of other materials. By the way, "Dried Pork and Preserved Egg Tofu" is very delicious, very popular~

The Q-embossed body is not soft and rotten, nor is it hard to eat. The only place that needs strengthening is probably the environment. Because the business is so good that the door is often closed and it doesn't make it feel hot when the meal is over, the fly also runs in... But when the meal is delivered to the table, it will be forgotten! Give this place a try ,you won’t regret it.
D	Daniel Luthi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a bowl of chewy (QQ) noodles and your choice of meat/style/topping. I chose the Herbal Medicine Goat Noodle and a Combination Noodle (Da Lu Mian), both in soup, and both very fabulous and yummy.
