麵條很Q有嚼勁，
豚骨湯頭溫潤好喝，
符合台灣人的胃口，
麻辣拉麵的辣很香很順口，
另外加點的唐揚雞炸的外酥內嫩，
揚出豆腐麵衣稍厚了一些，
豆腐保持水嫩整體還算不錯，
還是有可以進步的空間，
菜單上還有很多沒吃到的等下次再訪繼續。
