上網搜尋各大建商哪家沒瑕疵？重點是建商要負責任處理好啊！是吧？
我家唯一缺點是面74這一面開窗時比較吵，但工程單位已將隔音牆加高並加厚，關上窗基本沒聲音了！視野和夜景都美。3面採光通風好，客廳寬敞3間房都放雙人床空間很夠，這是現在的新建案找不到的。沒人希望自己住的社區被盲目亂黑一通，請大家評論憑良心及同理心！

The only disadvantage of my house is that it is noisy when the window is opened on the 74 side, but the engineering unit has raised and thickened the soundproof wall, and there is basically no sound when the window is closed! The view and night view are beautiful. The three sides have good lighting and ventilation, and the living room is spacious and the three rooms have enough space for double beds. This is not found in the current new project. No one wants the community they live in to be blindly hacked, please comment with conscience and empathy!
