天上聖母分靈自彰化-南瑤宮，主祀老五媽，這是老五媽會北屯角之會員所建的廟，現成北屯區北興里及東光里的公廟。
民國 50年老五媽會北屯之會員林長庚自雕老五媽金身奉祀於其宅，民國 62 年林長庚、林長村兄弟捐獻廟地並發起募建，於當年 10月 18日入火安座，供奉老五媽，並附祀註生娘娘及福德正神。

The Holy Mother of Heaven is divided from Changhua-Nanyao Palace, which is dedicated to the old five mothers. This is a temple built by members of the Beitunjiao of the Old Five Mothers Association. It is now a public temple in Beixingli and Dongguangli in Beitun District.
In the 50th year of the Republic of China, Lin Changgeng, a member of the Beitun Association of the Old Five Mothers Association, carved the golden body of the old five mothers and enshrined them in his house. In the 62nd year of the Republic of China, Lin Changgeng and Lin Changcun brothers donated the temple land and initiated fundraising. It was entered on October 18 of that year. The fire seat is dedicated to the old five mothers, and it is also enshrined with the goddess of birth and good fortune.
