有些炒麺店，麵條本身沒炒入味不說，滷汁又幾乎沒有，乾到吃不下去。這家的麵條軟硬適中本身有稍微入味，肉臊夠香，滷汁的量也很適中，很好吃。另外我也很喜歡他們的湯，特色是有加酸菜下去熬煮，所以喝起來不膩，重點是料很足，如果覺得湯不夠，可以免費再加清湯。在寒冷的冬天，來一碗料多湯濃的熱湯，真的覺得很幸福。
