★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很糟糕的管理，裡頭充斥各種八大行業及毒品，基本上就是台中版的諾貝爾大樓。
如果想要寧靜生活、有小孩家庭極度不建議來此居住

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟其他社區比真的是好太多了，房間格局好，牆壁天花板都沒有問題，隔音效果也非常好，管理好，遇到的問題都能及時處理，住戶雖然是有些差的但還是有很多外籍的或是藍領階級的優質住戶，比起寶山來（崍）真的是一個天一個地

裡面的兩房空間大小是還可以的~~
