★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小籠包外皮過軟濕,內餡也過於爛,調味還行,辣椒醬還不錯也有一點辣,肉包外皮勉強還可以,但是內餡跟小籠包大同小異,也不是很大顆
The xiaolongbao skin is too soft and moist, the filling is too rotten, the seasoning is good, the chili sauce is not bad and a bit spicy, the meat bun is barely ok, but the filling is similar to the xiaolongbao, and it is not very large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 包子皮糊爛沒口感,有點像是隔夜再炊,肉餡無肉味,完全沒有鹹味,平淡無奇,根本不知道在吃什麼。
The buns are mushy and tasteless, a bit like cooking overnight, the meat filling has no meaty taste, no salty taste at all, bland, and I don't know what I'm eating at all.

這是我爸媽在住家門口賣的早餐
地址:台中市北屯區松山街七號
星期一~星期六 早上7點到11點 (手工現做小籠包)
晚來可能只有溫的 或是買冷凍的回家處理~~~~
PS:如果小籠包底下破洞或是濕掉 通常都是我媽包的
包了幾十年了還是不會包.....
所以她的工作通常都是 夾包子 豆漿 跟客人喇D賽~~~~

Late arrivals may only be warm, or buy frozen ones for home treatment~~~~
PS: If there is a hole or wet under the xiaolongbao, it is usually made by my mother.
After decades of wrapping, I still can’t do it...
So her job is usually to pick up steamed buns, soy milk and to compete with customers~~~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 轉角的小小攤位,品項簡單,自家手做的包子、饅頭。老闆娘客氣,老闆在後忙著製作。堆著高高的蒸籠冒著蒸汽,絡繹不絕的客人,熟練快速的點餐、取餐。
回歸味道,老闆娘說小籠包是豬肉蔥花、肉包是高麗菜豬肉,各買一顆。自家麵皮各具特色,QQ口感,氣孔明顯;比較喜歡小籠包的調味。豆漿(無糖)一般,略淡,有稍稍焦香。

Returning to taste, the proprietress said that Xiao Long Bao is pork with chopped green onion, and Rou Bao is cabbage pork. Buy one each. Their own noodles have their own characteristics, with a QQ taste and obvious pores; I prefer the seasoning of Xiaolongbao. Soy milk (without sugar) is average, slightly lighter and slightly burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一籠有8個64元,雖然小小一顆但是外皮真的Q彈有咬勁,內餡鹹香美味,真的好吃值得推薦
There are 8 pieces in a cage for 64 yuan. Although it is small, the outer skin is really Q-bombable and the filling is salty and delicious. It is really delicious and worth recommending.

吸滿肉汁微微透出的表皮最誘人了,滿滿麵香皮Q扎實有嚼勁
不知不覺就吃了好幾顆
雖然不大但肉餡飽滿,平價美味。
買了一杯豆漿忘記說要無糖的,不過也不會很甜膩,好喝!
