★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿婆阿伯夫妻倆人有條有序慢慢招呼每一位，炒麵麵體較粗，淋上肉燥，沒有豆芽等配菜，但炒麵裡面有炒高麗菜和木耳，吃起來濕潤有蔬菜口感以及丁塊狀的肉燥。湯則是大鍋熬煮，搭配酸菜的古早味道，香濃又有提酸，湯料大腸、隔間肉、粉腸等煮的乾淨但是不爛，帶點咬勁的，一碗湯滿滿的料，果然是阿婆擔心吃不飽。

炒麵是屬於比較清淡的口味，甚至會讓人家覺得可能是沒有爆香和配料一起爆炒一波的麵，但是淋上肉燥之後味道是不錯的，再搭配店家的辣椒醬油提升了些許風味。
感覺店家的專長應該是那些湯麵或是麻醬麵之類的東西。
隔間肉湯大概有6～8塊左右的肉塊，沒有豬血，酸菜湯底，乍喝之下覺得非常普通，但是越喝越好喝，仔細一看才發現原來湯裡面有加了蒜蓉，是蒜蓉啊！難怪這個湯喝起來非常的香醇，可以推薦大家試試這碗湯，是有靈魂的啊！
