先說優點:肉燥還不錯,肉羹塊好吃,裡面有瘦肉,咬起來有Q脆的口感。
但炒麵的麵條太軟爛,我個人也比較不喜歡比較寬扁的麵條,羹湯頭沒有層次,口味比較單薄
最糟糕的是湯中有三塊勾芡沒散開的透明芡糰,這是我沒辦法接受的,肉羹湯可以勾薄芡,要勾濃芡就要認真拌勻,有可能是一次倒太多芡粉到鍋子裡,如果能夠少量多次勾芡,比較不會有結塊的狀況
