有時候可能因為蔥的價錢太貴，所以闆娘會用韭菜取代，個人覺得也很好吃很特別，老闆說他對麵皮很講究，是沒有加發粉的，所以皮很薄又帶點淡淡的清香味，豬肉內餡很新鮮，跟冷凍的湯包完全不一樣
