★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/30致電欲預約隔週的高端疫苗，被接洽人員告知要施打的前一天再致電預約即可，於是未預約成功；然4/1晚間至貴診所FB，意外發現當日發文告知「高端疫苗已全數預約完畢」。感謝您的愚人節玩笑。
Called on 3/30 to make an appointment for the high-end vaccine for the next week, and was told by the contact person to call to make an appointment the day before the vaccination, so the appointment was not successful; however, on the evening of 4/1, I went to your clinic’s FB, and accidentally found that the same day, I sent a message to inform “High-end vaccines. All reservations have been made." Thanks for the April Fools joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不要來這間看耳朵醫生誤診說是中耳炎結果根本不是開的藥跟滴劑用了也完全沒效果去別間才知道根本不是中耳炎是更嚴重的耳朵裡有血跡幸好我還有去別間看不然我的耳朵有可能會耳聾?而且接電話的態度不佳還沒講完就掛斷很沒禮貌對這間診所太失望了推薦各位去別間看別來這間就行
Don't come here to see the ear. The doctor misdiagnosed and said it was otitis media. It turned out that it wasn't the medicine prescribed and the drops didn't work at all. Go to another place to find out that it wasn't otitis media at all, but something more serious. There was blood in the ear. Fortunately, I still have to go to another place to see. Otherwise, my ears may be deaf? and the attitude of answering the phone is not good. It is very rude to hang up before finishing the conversation. I am so disappointed in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1、本日（12/22）內人帶著小女前往就診（時間恰好17時59分許），診所鐵門半掩狀態，因小女肚痛難忍遂希望能通融看診，惟所內護理人員搖頭揮手表示18時30分再來，當下極力表達我們訴求，很可惜地是仍然得到相同結果。
2、老實說數年前誤診一次小女病症為「川崎式症」要我們儘速至大型醫院檢查，當晚急忙前往慈濟醫院後，經診斷為A型流感，醫生甚至說在診所時怎沒有先經過初步篩檢….前後浪費一堆時間就算了。
3、本想說過去的事情就算了，今日護理人員的行為著實讓人失望不已！

After rushing to Tzu Chi Hospital that night, we were diagnosed with influenza A. After a preliminary screening.... Just waste a lot of time before and after.
3. Even if I wanted to talk about the past, the behavior of the nursing staff today is really disappointing!
