花枝有口感，蝦仁還不錯，煎蛋很明顯，
只有蚵仔的味道被蓋掉了，下次單獨點點看。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小鎮蚵仔煎，那位小姐自年輕20出頭，在小鎮這地方煎煮至今 ，多年前結婚生子今已為人父母。25年前擺攤還不用執照，她的攤位就已率先吊出通過考試證照。我們一直以來都是吃這家小鎮蚵仔煎，原因是她煎的蚵仔煎一來不會煎半熟，二來煎熟的蚵仔煎不會有腥味，淋上醬料口感極佳，不輸給忠孝路賣的蚵仔煎。小鎮蚵仔煎營運已好一段歷史，在本太平區已建立了廣泛顧客。小鎮蚵仔煎不只賣蚵仔煎，還有魯肉飯，煮麵都很用心，雖然兩夫妻賣力煎煮，仍然無法應付在一旁排隊等著取餐的客人，由此可見，她的餐點在此地已獲得廣大市民的肯定 ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本是常客，幾乎每個禮拜都會光顧二～三次，直到有一次跟老闆說蚵仔煎不要加醬，結果老闆忘記了，還是先加醬，這還不打緊，加了就加了，但是我親眼看到老闆把加了醬的蚵仔煎拿去旁邊水龍頭沖生水，然後再倒回煎台加熱，就算沒有衛生疑慮好了，看到這個動作就讓人沒胃口。

Seeing that the boss took the oyster fried with sauce to the tap next to him to flush raw water, and then poured it back to the frying table to heat it up, even if there is no hygiene concern, seeing this action makes people lose their appetite.
