事由：A型流感
經過：看診時表示全身痠痛、頭痛、喉嚨痛、咳嗽一整天了，現場量測體溫達38度，結果曾女醫生以一般感冒開藥，在我再三的強烈要求下才幫我做快篩，這種診斷方式令人感到失望。
事後：本人於1/15 早上08:20打電話至診所，希望透過電話能告知曾醫師此次的診斷方式可能需要改善，但打了電話經護士說：1、不方便給醫師電話。2、醫生看診時間不方便接電話。3、有問題來現場看診掛號。4、問護士名字，回答告訴我是新進人員並掛我電話。
