★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前陣子到貴店配眼鏡，因有問題向貴店詢問，卻遭到當時服務的女店員白眼不耐煩地對待，心裡蠻受傷的。就是因為外行才請教專業，怎麼和當時配眼鏡時說:有問題歡迎回來詢問喔~這態度反差也太明顯，而且客人尚未離開就開始抱怨。
真是業績至上的店家。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近因為回饋大學生的免費眼鏡活動來本店配眼鏡，當天的服務人員是一個阿姨，過程中態度非常差，最後一直跟我推銷加錢鏡片，我說謝謝不需要，她還說我警告過你了到時看到實品不要後悔。真的很無言，就算是免費配的眼鏡態度也不需要這樣子吧？？？以後絕對不會再光顧了：）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去配大學生方案，結果店員態度超級差，沒有要介紹就算了，還一直推銷比較貴的鏡片，我說沒有要他還說什麼這樣就會很醜啊 後果自己負責啊 這種話....
一點服務的感覺都沒有，也不說不做削薄鏡片會怎樣只是說很醜...是當客人都會懂嗎？硬要推銷又沒態度叫別人怎麼願意付錢出來？
過程也都不解釋清楚愛解釋不解釋的擺一個架子在那邊，不會再光顧了......！態度很爛的一家店??台中還有很多仁愛眼鏡，真的不用來這間！
