Samsung service center is most poor center, im tired of Samsung, hope in future no more Samsung. And i will also suggest to my friends that not to buy anymore Samsung.

Went here twice to repair my phone, good customer service!

This service place is awful. They lied about my phone status when I took it for screen replacement saying that it didn't charge and the mother board was damaged. They do this just to sell you a new phone? Because the screen is off you can't see it but the phone was charging and it was working. They showed me a video showing there is dust inside the phone. The didn't even open it to check it??!!! They insert a camera and just say you need to buy a new phone. They should be embarrassed. I took the phone to a random store near NOVA where they used a Samsung screen and showed me the phone was charging the mother board was OK and I only needed a new display for the screen. Lazy and mediocre service here. Users know more about phones than the so called "engineers". If you need real Samsung service go to the branch at Taichung Boulevard section 3. I bought a Huawei recently. Thanks to this people I learnt how to fix a Samsung phone and do a system test all because people here CAN'T DO ANY JOB.

Hate, is a strong word. I bought fresh new buds plus, malfunctioned within 3 months, unacceptable, took my time and effort to go to repair shop, waited. Engineers said there's nothing wrong. Some other company would of given me a replacement immediately... It was not working before, that's why they took it in to examine it. Disappointment. The only reason why I stay with Samsung is the display screen on the phone, customer service is a disaster. Not happy. Edit: I went back and complained like a Karen about a now busted earbud, they replaced it and I'm a half happy camper, I would of liked not only the earbuds to be replaced but the whole case and earbuds new, like an entitled Lil b'. Apple would do that. Anyway 3.5 stars now.

Excellent service. Best place in Taichung to fix Samsung phones. Decent price, too. They even offer tea, coffee, and iced water here. They will lend you a phone to use without charging you (usually it's the same phone like the one you send to fix) while they are busy repairing your phone.

their service is very very very good and fast. i repair my broken camera glass at night, tommorow afternoon already done. staff very friendly and helpful.
