I hurriedly showed her the referral letter of my husband’s consultation in Hong Kong. She didn't look at it immediately and said, so what? I still have to ask a doctor! I asked if you can read it first. The referral letter is written by the doctor and it is more professional. We can talk about it after reading it. She was so upset that she said that the letter didn't say anything after reading it. At that time, my husband was very disgusted and wanted to leave. I said that you are like interrogating a prisoner. How do we go on, and then she said that my attitude is like this. ? speechless. We left and went to the counter to talk about our experience problems, saying that it was difficult to find the dean, and the staff at the counter was very difficult. They only gave the dean time for consultation. I said I want to contact him. Is there a phone number or a method? He said no, I will ask again, you are sure, he said yes. ? I want to ask if this is the so-called "professional service"? The patient already needs help physically and mentally. How can he feel confident to seek medical help if he encounters such a setback? Furthermore, when we encounter this kind of treatment in the clinic, there is no way to complain, and the dean does not set up a complaint channel. One can imagine how much the clinic cares about the quality of its services. If my husband’s problem worsens and he dare not go to the doctor, I reserve the right to make further complaints!

I hung up for the first consultation at 3:30 pm on 9/28 and waited almost four hours. I haven't seen it yet. I don't even have a registration number. I asked the counter that there are more people today, so I have to wait. I don't even know which number I registered. I was dumbfounded when I first encountered this kind of clinic.

Dr. Cai Youyu has a very good attitude and will communicate with patients! There are also other people’s clinics on the Internet that say that you have to make an appointment before seeing the doctor for the first visit. I really don’t understand the information, I ran to the outpatient clinic without checking it, and then blasted that the clinic was bad and didn’t pick up customers.

I went back to the clinic and wanted to get medicine, but the effect of the medicine I took was too strong, and I hoped that the dose of the medicine could be adjusted. The counter said that you have to see the doctor before you can get the medicine. I waited and asked why I had to wait so long, only to get: "Because I haven't been back to the clinic for too long, so I have to wait", how come the people who came first have seen the clinic and I was left to the side, completely ignored ^_^… So my registration is for reference only, if I don't want to see a doctor, I really won't be here ^_^.
