而且不只我一台車被關著

今天來到台中市政府一樓想要補繳前幾天的停車費， 這裡的承辦人員說這是市政府委外經營的停車場，不屬於市政府的哈哈哈哈！真的很可笑！公務員把一切資源送給商人，把一切責任推的乾乾淨淨！
When I was going to play a few days ago, I did n’t have enough money to pay the parking fee. I did n’t pick up two phone numbers, and I could n’t pay by banknotes according to the payment machine. If you stop again every other week, this card cannot be used.
Today I came to the first floor of the Taichung City Government to pay the parking fee a few days ago. The contractor here said that this is a parking lot operated by the municipal government, and it does not belong to the city government's hahahaha! It's really funny! The civil servants give all the resources to the businessmen, pushing all the responsibilities clean!
