Japanese Restaurant - If you are into Japanese Set Menus, with a fixed amount per person while the restaurant changes the menu daily, this place might be a decent choice. The food quantity is minuscule, even when you add up all the dishes. Those who come here have deep pockets and are looking for high end Japanese sashimi and other delicacies, and from that point of view, it is an acceptable meal. The experience and food quality is average but not of great overall value.

You don’t get to taste the real omakase until you visit this Japanese omakase restaurant in Taichung. You will be blown by the dining experiences. From outside, the restaurant don’t really have a big signage or grand exterior facade, and it’s hard to notice this particular restaurant when pass-by. But by the time u enter the restaurant, you will be greet by authentic japanese environment and a staff are ready to serve you. Be sure to make a reservation before visit this store, as there’s a limit on seat. The staff there will ask you for the pricing which you are comfortable with and for me, as this is my first time, I go for on top the highest price they available. The pricing they gave per pax was 1000twd, 1500twd, and 2500twd. However I request a top up for the price. I choose 3300twd. After the staff proceed my order with their head chef, the they start preparing the fresh ingredient and catch of the day available. Not to go into details, a Total of 22 dishes, from fresh raw fishes pieces to heavenly cook fish head soup, the experiences is just out of this world with this cheap pricing. Definitely will visit again when back to Taichung. 5 stars.

84/100 I would have to agreed with some of the comments below, food wise is good, since they’re marketing them self as a higher class restaurant this is a minimum target, so no much complain for the food, however as for service, although they’re all very kind, but as for professionalism, it’s still not quite there for a restaurant like this, they have plenty of chefs, and always busy, but not sure busy of what and tends to forget stuff from time to time, overall if you really have a deep pocket and don’t really care anything at all, service is decent food is decent as well

High quality and high end seafood restaurant serving Japanese style food. Meals are fixed course but pricing can vary and they have a solid selection of sake. Come hungry and be prepared for some of the best sushi, and sashimi you have ever had with great service and presentation. Make a reservation in advance though and be aware you pay a fair price for the quality.

Overall the food and atmosphere was good. Note that this is all set menu and expect to eat for about 2 hours. Set menu ranges from about $1500 to $4000. The sushi seems to be higher quality than other sushi restaurants in Taichung but the sushi could be colder.

The quality of the food was remarkable. They used very high end ingredients and told us where the ingredients from when introducing the plate. I had nearly ten kinds of sashimi, and each one of them presented different feature with their well-prepared garnish. However, they served pretty slowly. It took us one hour to get to the second dish, and there were like eight or nine dishes to go in total. Anyway, my family and I had a really good time dining in here. A worth coming place!
