2017/10勞檢局發佈宏緯違反勞基法相關事宜,可由google查到,已被判罰。 2016/12/12勞檢處已前往宏緯醫療儀器就『超時加班,不給付加班費,惡意拖延業務費用』實施勞動檢查。 2016/9已諮詢律師,律師表示該公司老闆吳仕宏所謂的『公司規定』多項違反勞基法,將申請勞動檢查,並保留法律追溯權。 於2016.3.17離職,而業務費用申請卻延誤2個月。期間我多次追討、了解處理狀況,但這公司不聞不問,從不主動聯繫,mail往來10幾封,幾乎不回應,非要我主動打電話去。 拖兩個月後,一再催討下才告知『憑證不符合規定』而拒絕支付,但上財政部查詢後了解我的憑證沒有問題!! 同時公司說辭反覆,一開始還推辭說『受訓期沒有油資申請』,出爾反爾,非常惡劣,我懷疑公司財務狀況、內部流程及人力上,都有問題。 後續在2016.5.18告知該公司,再拖延將投訴勞動部,並開勞資調解會。調解會時該公司一貫繼續拖延態度,故意不準備資料,甚至在會中還說『下次調解會再準備來』,非常惡質。

During this period, I pursued it many times and learned about the handling situation, but the company did not pay attention to it, never contacted me, and sent more than 10 emails, almost no response, and insisted that I take the initiative to call. After two months of delay, after repeated urgings, I was told that "the certificate does not meet the requirements" and refused to pay, but after inquiring with the Ministry of Finance, I found out that there is no problem with my certificate!! At the same time, the company made repeated remarks. At the beginning, it also refused to say "there is no application for oil funds during the training period." In the follow-up, the company was informed on May 18, 2016 that if there is any further delay, a complaint to the Ministry of Labor will be filed and a labor-management mediation meeting will be held. During the mediation meeting, the company has always continued to delay, deliberately not preparing materials, and even said in the meeting, "I will prepare for the next mediation meeting", which is very vicious.
