★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒假前在新竹比較常光顧新竹拉麵家,
去年得知有在台中拓展後,
就很想來享用,今天終於來了!
味道與新竹本店各有千秋,新竹較為濃厚,不過吃久了膩感稍高,不建議全左項,而台中的偏鹹,除了鹹度外,全左項最為推薦。
簡單提一下今天的用餐體驗,經典的家系拉麵、限量叉燒飯、菠菜,我在新竹的吃麵習慣是先吃完麵,然後把預備好的蒜和薑末加入湯頭內,再加入海苔、糖心蛋、還有叉燒飯。
吃麵過程中,麵的硬度其實可以再硬,下次會再要求看看能不能再更硬;湯汁有被厚實的麵條吸住,入口時豚骨香味四溢,風味油的香味十足,舒肥及炙燒叉燒配菠菜和海苔一起食用,滿足感也很夠;吃完麵後,再享用叉燒飯拌湯雜燴,色香味俱全,很滿足,謝謝拉麵家的招待!!

After learning last year that there was an expansion in Taichung,

The taste is different from that of the Hsinchu store. Hsinchu is thicker, but after eating for a long time, the feeling of greasy is slightly higher. It is not recommended for the whole Zuo item, and Taichung is too salty. Except for the saltiness, the whole Zuo item is the most recommended.
Briefly mention today's dining experience, the classic family ramen, limited barbecue pork rice, spinach, my noodle habit in Hsinchu is to finish the noodles first, then add the prepared garlic and minced ginger to the soup, then add seaweed, sugar Heart eggs, and barbecued pork rice.
In the process of eating noodles, the hardness of the noodles can actually be harder, and next time I will ask to see if it can be harder; the soup is sucked by the thick noodles, and the pork bones are full of fragrance when you enter the mouth, and the fragrance of the flavor oil is full. Shu Fei and Roasted BBQ Pork with spinach and seaweed are very satisfying. After eating the noodles, enjoy the BBQ pork and rice mixed with soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在台中的好吃拉麵。是疫情期間無法出國的你感受日本情懷的好去處。這裡使用自助點餐機點餐,口味可以調整。如果希望吃到正宗的日式口味的拉麵,點餐時都可以備註。反之要是怕太鹹也可以調整。我今天點了日本原味、硬麵。整體口味和之前在日本吃的味道比,還原度非常高。湯頭濃郁自然,往裡頭添幾匙蒜泥那味道真不賴。我點的是炙燒,叉燒大火烤過後帶著股焦香,卻又不會乾柴,而是由油花和瘦肉交織出一股鮮嫩多汁的口感。裡頭唯一讓我有些出乎意料的是出現了菠菜~嘛、其實它菠菜蠻好吃的啦、只是這真的是我頭次見到拉麵裡放菠菜的哈哈。對男生而言,這碗麵份量不多,想吃飽建議不妨再加點個唐揚雞或是叉燒飯。這裡唐揚雞明顯有迎合台灣人的口味調整,不像日本那般麵衣厚重扎口,吃起來更偏向薄皮多汁的口感。我個人認為對多數台灣人這應該是比較討喜的調整(正宗唐揚雞麵皮厚到不行,吃到嘴破是常有的事)。不過強烈建議趁熱食用,放久了肉汁浸濕麵衣,吃起來少了酥脆也少了靈魂。今天還臨時加點了叉燒飯加美乃滋。美乃滋是日式的、不甜、而是略略酸爽。整體口味就是炙燒味滿滿,味道相當不錯。若滿分十分,叉燒我給八分、只是飯我給五分。原因在於飯的口感有點過軟,吃到後面有點膩口。如果飯能夠改為粒粒分明的話、應該就真的完美了!
