3/23晚上,我媽媽獨自前往 以下是事發經過: 媽媽因為合約到期前往詢問續約方案,店員介紹了說目前沒有4G方案都是5G方案 5G方案有599-1399 599方案需綁約30個月 1399方案需綁約24個月 因為媽媽不需要換手機,所以店員建議續約之後拿手機去隔壁通訊行賣 媽媽使用的是iphone 8 也是當天拿去的手機 因為媽媽不需要手機且不希望綁約太久,所以進去按照媽媽的手機使用量其實按照店員瞭解是最多續約5G 599方案 且店員告知可以使用5G 後續店員推薦媽媽使用1399方案,然後拿免費手機到隔壁通訊行賣10000元 媽媽就簽約了 3/24早上 我得知媽媽昨晚經過後 媽媽開心的跟我說 他換5G了 問我換了沒 我很驚訝的是 iPhone 8怎麼使用5G 根本不支援 於是我打電話到中華電信客服反應經過 同時也致電1950消費者服務專線詢問如何解決消費糾紛 3/24下午接到貴店店長致電關心狀況,且告知可以再到店裡瞭解並且解決 3/24晚上 我帶著媽媽前去 原本介紹的店員一見面就裝傻說,你昨天拿的不是這支手機吧!我怎麼記得你是iphone 12,這部分是讓我最生氣的,有常識的人都知道iphone8有home鍵而且非滿版螢幕,並且現在都需要檢查實名制,不可能沒有看到home 鍵跟滿版螢幕 後續店員有把合約解除,而且我中午有查詢過消保會,電信合約有7天內履約期都可以解除,但是店員後續裝傻的態度真的非常不應該,而且沒有任何道歉致意 總結 該店店員沒有推薦適合方案,並且隱瞞手機5G相容性,事後又裝傻說我以為妳是Iphone 12 建議各位朋友們不要讓長輩獨自前往這間分店 雖然最後只要你有即時發現一定能解決問題 但是如果沒有即時發現呢? 或者是長輩沒有告知呢? 為避免不必要消費糾紛,建議各位不要前往這間中華電信門市 謝謝各位花時間閱讀 有任何消費糾紛 也可撥打NCC服務專線協助處理
