網路客服差到不知如何形容, 無星等可評!但因為必須發出才點一顆星, 所問的問題皆以「我無法回答」回應, 但是最後會記得說「有問題請回電」, 大概是老闆身兼客服, 才有這樣的底氣來回應!

不缺生意、非常非常沒有禮貌的服務過程 1.一定要先到你家看完,不看沒得談。 第一次到店內,服務人員(還是老闆?)表明店內不報價、不說明、不介紹。理由是可能家裡面沒施工空間、沒精準丈量、不知道你裝得起什麼樣的冷氣,店內多說無意。只能留下聯絡資訊,等候師傅回覆。 2-1.沒打電話催,不會有人理你 不論是約看家裡或是等報價,都要打電話去催才會有。一件事情等了一個禮拜,隔壁都裝完吹爽爽了我才拿到報價單。 2-2.你是誰不重要 打電話去問,店家只說師傅很忙要你再等。至於你是誰店家不會問、也不在乎,等店家聯絡就對了 3.師傅來了你不在,那就下次再約 兩三次吧,師傅都直接到門口了才問你現在方便看現場嗎(上下班時間都是這樣)?不方便就要再延後。以為是進超商買東西,隨時我們有人在嗎??? 4.師傅講解超沒耐性 問了幾個網路上大家分享的心得或問題,師傅不是笑笑帶過就是不願意再說明。大家分享的是使用者經驗,跟產品的前端或製程應該不相干,聽起來師傅是對某些產品有偏好,才會有的說法很模糊或直接帶過。 所以最後決定不買了。 還沒買就這樣的服務了,真不敢奢望後面服務有多好。
