昨天去門市詢問要印的東西 櫃檯有一位叫美馨的很有耐心的回覆我 還給我很多建議 解釋的很詳細 真的很棒又專業

收到家裡蹲印刷的紅包袋,退回後他們回覆:這很正常,印刷沒問題。 我的問題是,倘若紙質印刷不到這樣的顏色,為什麼沒有預先提醒? 生產後,都不用比對圖檔就直接出貨? 而後在對方回覆後,我只能說,家裡蹲不負責品質、只負責印刷,浪費時間和成本在這樣的公司毫無意義。

公司使用家裡蹲少量印刷超過10年,雖然一年只會使用家裡蹲的印刷一、兩次,之前以電話詢問、回覆都還不錯,蠻積極的。但是今年的服務真的差很多,需要自行打電話去追問。而且對於客戶的問題愛理不理的。(台北分公司)

從6、7年前開始跟家裡蹲配合,一開始都不錯,到現在整個體制可以說是分崩離析。平常有問題找不到業務只能跟櫃檯溝通,而櫃檯人員素質參差不齊,幾乎都很沒禮貌。另外關於印製品質,如同大部分評論所說,印刷成品有問題他只會怪你東怪你西,根本不負責任。只能說要跟家裡蹲合作就要有足夠的勇氣跟被搞壞沒人負責的準備。
