很特別的滷味，食材也特殊。
我最愛的麵疙瘩，不是那種機器作的，店家特別尋找手工製作的，有嚼勁。
雖然是加熱滷味，也準備了一些特色冷盤，煙燻豬耳絲香而不膩，醃燻鴨賞鹹甜好吃，涼拌雞胗也很棒。
另外有店家自鹵的雞腿，會幫客人去骨切片，也是香噴噴的。
