Most of the residents are elderly from the dependent villages or they are rented out to college students next door. Maybe the community has too many people and the environment is no longer tidy up.

Several military villages have been rebuilt into new towns. The planning is very good, and the management is strict. It is close to Fengjia Night Market and the university. It has a good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大門前段棟，鬧中取靜 走出去就是逢甲，要去中央公園運動也很近 生活很便利，很大型的社區，內有附設小公園、坐椅（但有蚊子需注意）
也有早上下午有固定定點垃圾車可以使用，很方便
還有管理室可以幫忙收東西，很棒
The building in front of the gate is quiet in the middle of noisy. Going out is Fengjia. It is also close to the Central Park for sports. Life is very convenient. It is a very large community with small parks and chairs (but beware of mosquitoes).
There are also fixed garbage trucks available in the morning and afternoon, which is very convenient
There is also a management room to help collect things, which is great
