個人覺得沙鹿牛雜湯也是相當棒的選擇。
202205 beef offal soup uses a lot of parts, the ingredients are good and real, the fried beef noodles is relatively ordinary, there is no surprise, next time I will try the quick stir-fry with white rice.

Their beef is fresh and fabulous, and besides fried beef noodles or beef noodle soup they also have beef tongue, heart, liver, kidney, aorta, stomach, and intestines. Always order a side or two of veggies to create a beautifully balanced and totally scrumptious meal.
