涮乃葉是日本雲雀餐飲集團旗下餐廳,主要是鴛鴦鍋吃到飽,在台中共有4家分店,這次趁著生日來到福科店: 1.交通:福科店在福科路上藏壽司旁,門口前有停車位但很少,不過店家後面有個「CITY PARKING 城市車旅停車場(福順站)」,有跟店家簽特約,所以停車還算方便,還可以直接從停車場經店旁小路到店門口;若是公共運輸的話,可搭到「福科福裕路口」。 2.環境:主要區分自助區跟用餐區,自助區在一進門的右手邊,雖然很多人取用,其間難免會有掉東西或醬汁滴落情形,不過員工整理速度跟頻率都很高,所以很難看到雜亂情形;用餐區部分,雖然走動地方算寬暢,但桌面的話,食材擺上來後我個人是覺得稍嫌小了點。 3.菜單:都是吃到飽的,每桌價位當然要一樣,價位區分如下: (1)午餐時段:平日週一至週五的11:00到15:59,共有548、528、478、468、448、398等價位。 (2)晚餐及假日時段:平日16:00後及假日全天,共有578、568、518、498、488、438等價位。 (3)以假日來說,500多以上的價位就有包含點海鮮吃到飽,其他則是肉品的不同;以等級來說有最便宜的豬雞肉,再來就是紐澳牛肉,以及最高級的安格斯牛肉,不過紐澳牛肉跟安格斯牛肉才差10元,所以這次我們就選了假日498的價位。 (4)另外小孩價格主要依身高,孩童價是131-150公分、幼兒價是111-130公分、小兒價是91-110公分。 (5)壽星優惠則是當日壽星送干貝2顆,當月壽星送小管4隻。 (6)湯頭有北海道昆布高湯、辣和風味噌湯、蒜香蛤蜊湯、和風蔗香湯、紅八味麻辣湯、壽喜燒風味湯、健康蕃茄湯、和風魚介豚骨湯等8種,這次選了壽喜燒及和風魚介豚骨。 4.自助區: (1)自助區裡包含青菜類、佐料類、飲料類、冰品類、點心類,以及飯跟麵都在這邊,其他肉類則是採點餐方式。 (2)這邊其他一般的食材就不特別提了,倒是裡面有個可以自己夾取的烏龍麵,這個口感我覺得非常彈牙也十分滑順,沾上旁邊的沾醬,用冷食的方式是台灣較少見的食用方式,建議可以嚐試看看。 (3)另外點心的部分可嚐試看看手作蕨餅,後來查了一下資料,蕨餅是日本古代貴族在夏天會吃的點心,原料是本蕨粉(蕨菜根提煉的澱粉),也有用混合甘薯粉或樹薯粉的替代品;這個蕨餅口感有點像果凍,沾上黃豆粉或黑糖漿是一道蠻不錯的甜點。 5.肉盤:假日498的價位,有國產五花豬肉、國產梅花豬肉、國產雞肉、紐澳沙朗牛肉、紐澳梅花牛肉、安格斯黑毛梅花牛肉及安格斯黑毛五花牛肉,雞肉部分是雞腿肉的部位,吃起來比較嫩,小孩很喜歡;如果是第一次來吃的話,可嚐試看看基本肉盤,就是每種肉盤都先上,之後再看看喜歡哪一種可加點。 6.整體來說這個價位還算值得一試,自助區及用餐區有員工隨時注意清潔以及食材是否足夠,服務鈴一按下去也馬上有員工來服務,食材部分也是很新鮮,還有一些平常很少見的食材,另外加點肉品部分是掃桌邊QR Code來進行加點,還有一台機器人可能是在人手不足時會送餐的,這些是能夠前往嚐鮮的部分;那只是還有部分建議,第一個以我個人來說,其實並不愛鴛鴦鍋的方式,常常會有一邊沒放食材在滾的情形,像這次點的我就偏好壽喜燒,如果還有機會來用餐,也許會都點同一類型湯頭,第二個肉品部分,其實後來加點的肉盤來了之後,感覺好像有上錯的情形,同樣都是牛肉沒錯,但似乎種類有點不同,不過也只是疑問啦,畢竟肉盤上面沒有標示肉的名稱,這個如果肉盤上有清楚標示,而不單純只以顏色區隔,應該會讓顧客更能知道喜歡的肉品為何,第三個肉片部分,雖然火鍋肉片本來就比較薄沒錯,不過我還是覺得如果厚度能夠再增加一些會比較好,至少不要某些肉片一夾起來就分家。
