★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買過好幾次牛肉乾拌麵，不管是拉麵、細麵都很好吃，而且老闆態度客氣，可惜的是禮拜六沒營業，不然就多光顧幾次。

It belongs to the restaurant where I usually eat at work. I ate it twice. Last time I took out fried noodles, this time I ordered beef ramen noodles. The soup is slightly spicy and sweet, but not dry. Ramen noodles are so-so, the taste of soup is not easy to eat out. Beef is a failure. I feel that it may be frozen for too long or repeatedly heated due to sales or cost considerations. In short, in terms of prices in Taichung, the store is a normal price, but the taste of the meal is not too fascinating.
In the second evaluation of 0803, the meat is still dry and crumbly, and the ramen is still not cooked thoroughly.

拉麵很有嚼勁，泡菜是台式的
一般的牛肉麵口味比泡菜的好吃
牛肉大塊軟嫩也多
不過完全沒有青菜有點可惜
但今天吃的時候發現一隻小蟲…希望老闆多注意一下
老闆挺好心的，會提醒細麵會泡爛，建議自備餐盒要分開
