之前第一次到店 自助洗衣有別人的衣服正在洗,大約再十分鐘左右才會好,因為趕著去附近上課,詢問小姐可以協助下一輪的清洗嗎?(想說招牌都有代客相關服務了,若需服務費我也ok的)但小姐一口回答我們不能幫客人放衣服,我們店規定不能幫忙做放的動作,不能接觸客人的衣服。聽她這麼堅定堅持的回覆,當然作罷,並麻煩店家借我放,一小時上完課會回來取。 下課趕緊到店拿,沒想到衣服已洗好乖乖躺在籃子裡了......是感謝有幫我完成計畫中的事但 (是不同的店員招呼我的,稍早沒在店裡的。) 自己店有什麼服務不知道?我想洗不給洗,說好不洗又洗好了?這樣的溝通方式 日後難避免糾紛吧⋯⋯ 若溝通做好,應該能抓好踏進店家的每一位客人
