東西份量足 口味佳 肉也煮的剛好不會太老
但我的要細麵 男友要粗麵 剛好做反有點可惜?
整體來說如果想吃又剛好在附近會再訪

身為一家牛肉麵店,它的配料很講究。
辣牛油、炒酸菜、蒜末、辣椒油等等一應俱全。
神奇的是搬家過後辣油找不到,不知道是不是老闆故意收起來不供應了。
主食部分牛肉湯的三大件,麵條、湯頭、肉塊全部都是高標準。
麵條不是普通菜市場機械麵,比較類似手工刀削粗一點的,做成乾拌麵超棒,很能吸收醬汁。
我現在都點乾拌麵,他的牛肉是類似牛排切成長條狀,有一些肉筋很滑嫩。 點乾拌麵是因為我也超愛這家的酸辣湯,配料很多。
正常人吃到這樣就差不多很飽了。但是我通常會再搭配一份加點的煎餃,店裡有普通的以及升級的豚汁煎餃,這種餃子比較講究,在攪拌餡料加水這個步驟時用高湯代替,因為我對餃子很要求所以這個煎餃我喜歡。
不過餃子稍微小了,當加點的點心還行,做成水餃是吃不飽的。

使用外籍員工很棒,但是訓練需要更為重視,點餐過程我是點粗麵,員工重複一次說細麵,我當下更正說是粗麵,她很有禮貌的說不好意思是粗麵沒錯,我吃了幾口發現不太對勁,跟外場人員確認碗內是細麵?回覆竟然是細麵,雖然說想幫我換一碗,但我已經吃了不想浪費食物,整體很好吃但細麵吃起來軟爛,筷子一夾就碎開沒有嚼勁,偶爾會吃到麵黏在一起的塊狀口感,煮麵的訓練待加強,以免糟蹋了這麼好的湯頭食材與牛肉。
以上建議店家可以再加強調整,過程雖然有些體驗沒這麼好,但員工態度是有禮貌的,而且真的蠻好吃所以我會再去,會再點粗麵享受一下最好吃的狀態,到時候再分享一次給大家?
