★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優質建商，每個建案都有施工詳細記錄，無論品質或價格都公開透明，對細節要求更是不在話下，有誠信、重品質，難得的好建商，只是房子總是很快銷售一空，卡位手腳要很快（我都自己主動過一陣子就打電話去詢問?），公司建案總是慢工出細活，蓋得久但絕對值得等候！另外我有發現帝璟選擇建案的地點都非常有潛力，通常他們完工後該地區都已經發展到一定的程度，不僅享受到房屋漲價更能享受到便利（七期～12期～中央公園）算是非常優質的預售投資跟自住標的！（帝璟總是在大家還沒有看見的時候就先幫大家看見，買帝璟建設的房屋絕不吃虧）唯一的缺點就是要搶很快否則會買不到??還有想住他房子要等個幾年（因為他們蓋房子太龜毛了，每個案子都要蓋個三四年以上）但是要住一輩子的房子等一下又何妨？

(Dijing always helps everyone to see before everyone sees it. You will never lose out when you buy a house built by Dijing) The only drawback is that you have to grab it quickly, otherwise you will not be able to buy it ?? and want to live in his house. Wait for a few years (because they build a house too much, and each case has to be built for more than three or four years) but why not wait for a lifetime to live in the house?
