★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賓士的售後服務真的很差，保養只會換機油，任何你跟他說的毛病，絕對沒辦法幫你解決，只會跟你說檢查結果是正常，但問題還是在，去河南廠也一樣，不知道是技師技術差還是賓士的問題，反正保不保固都一樣沒用

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 專業有禮，以客為尊，很棒的顧客休息等待室...提供免費咖啡飲料、包子麵包，萬一時間跨越中午，還會另外提供盒餐，更別提方便的WiFi，當然，洗手間也是比擬飯店等級的。難怪小朋友都喜歡跟來...缺點？當初建廠圍得太小了吧？還是沒預期成長太快？場地不足，導致車滿為患...還好，調度得宜，尚不覺有所遲誤，再說，工作人員稱職表現，實在足以彌補一切！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most busy maintenance center in Asia. Due to high market share of Mercedes, it takes almost two weeks advance reservation to schedule a check up. Obviously understaffed. Rest area is okay, but snack bar is lousy. The technician representative always try to upsell you unneeded services and ignore what I reported as potential system failure.
