文生熱處理專注於真空熱處理技術與工藝，，特別在真空光輝熱處理、消磁熱處理、及低變型量等方面特別有心得；尤其是光輝性，能將原本工件的金屬原色保持得相當好。至於真空消磁部分更是有經驗，尤其針對因脫蠟鑄造製程因偏析及應力所產生的磁性，本公司能以最適當的高溫將其磁性降到最低。針對不銹鋼固溶化、及特殊材料如鎳基材料固溶化、17-4 (630)之固溶及時效硬化、nickel材料退火(需保持高光輝度)、monel、SKD11、SKD61及一些高速鋼等，都有相當之熱處理經驗。
