★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOCATION位置很好，附近生活機能非常方便，餐廳、餐館、超市、便利超商、藥局、診所等等附近都有，距離逢甲夜市步行也可到達不算遠。學區也算很不錯，附近有西苑高中(國中)，西屯國小及逢甲大學和僑光技術學院。距離國道一號中港交流道以及74號快速道路的交流道都很近。此社區正前方就是文修公園，有U BIKE也有公車站。上課時間的時候因靠近西苑高中及僑光技術學院，白天時候可能稍微吵雜。預計未來附近的一些整塊的空地都有可能也會有其他的建案出現比擬。
